This release removes wandb.InternalApi, the wandb.PublicApi/wandb.apis.PublicApi aliases, and the internal API modules, along with the legacy wandb sync --sync-all and --job_type CLI options, while adding a non-blocking wandb.login(prompt=False) check and faster, filterable log/console handling in the LEET TUI. Code that imports the removed API classes or scripts that call wandb sync --sync-all or --job_type must be updated to use wandb.Api(), wandb.login(prompt=False), and wandb sync with no arguments or --job-type respectively.

Matters for: Teams with CI/CD pipelines or automation scripts that call the wandb CLI sync command or import wandb's internal/public API modules directly.

This release adds run.console_logs() for reading captured console output from finished or running runs, extends the automations API to team, organization, and Registry scopes, and adds an XXH128 digest option for artifacts plus a wandb leet inspect command for browsing a run's raw transaction log. It removes several deprecated APIs (start_method, .length on paginators, summary="best"/goal in define_metric, quiet in finish(), run.project_name()/get_url()/get_project_url()/get_sweep_url()) and the normalize behavior of wandb.Image, requires the format argument for wandb.Video() from numpy arrays or raw bytes/io objects, and now requires macOS 13 or newer, so callers must update code using these removed APIs and ensure image pixel data and macOS versions meet the new requirements.

Matters for: Teams running W&B on macOS build machines older than Ventura, and users relying on the automations or Registry APIs with pinned SDK versions before 0.29.0.
