Selenium

This release adds substantial BiDi protocol support to the Ruby bindings (including Safari Preview compatibility, typed WebDriver errors, and outbound parameter validation), lets Dynamic Grid store videos in per-session subfolders via SE_VIDEO_SESSION_SUBFOLDER, and has Grid inherit the Node Pod container securityContext on Kubernetes. It also updates Selenium Manager to locate Chrome and Edge in known install directories and honor --browser-version when resolving the Electron driver, and bumps geckodriver to 0.37.1.
