Major releaseSep 21, 2026
Run selected scenarios once without editing scriptsk6 now lets you run a subset of named scenarios with --scenario and execute a script exactly once with --once while preserving its scenario and browser configuration, and async functions inside group() can keep correct group and metric tagging across awaits via an experimental flag. It also adds opt-in fetching of missing intermediate TLS certificates, static labels for Prometheus remote write output, nanosecond log timestamps, and browser-style WebSocket ready-state constants.
Matters for: Teams running multi-scenario load tests across CI pipelines, k6 browser-based smoke tests, and shared Prometheus remote-write setups with multiple k6 instances.
