Harness Cloud Cost Management

Harness added a new Code Repository and AI Code Review capability that lets teams store and review the higher volume of code produced by AI coding agents, with agent-specific RBAC/OPA permissions, MCP and CLI access for the full pull request lifecycle, and one-click migration from GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, or Azure DevOps. AI Code Review groups pull request diffs by risk, enforces mandatory AI checks that block merges when failed, and suggests reviewers, labels, and one-click remediation before merge, running as part of the same policy engine and outer loop as the rest of the Harness platform.
